Yes. Your parish's first 10 candidates are free with full access to every feature. No credit card and no time limit. When your program grows, our paid plans are priced to your size, starting at $500 a year for a single class of up to 25 candidates.
Yes! You can create new classrooms for each program year while maintaining access to previous years' content and records. One parish subscription covers all of your parish's classrooms and program years.
Your subscription stays active year-round so you can plan next year's program, access historical records, and welcome early inquirers anytime. Most directors use the off-season to build their fall curriculum. Every paid plan is one flat annual price, so there is nothing to pause or restart.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view. Personal notes and annotations are private to each user.
We provide support via email for all subscribers at support@credoworks.net. Diocese license holders work directly with the Credoworks team for onboarding, training, and account questions. You can also contact your OCIA director within your parish.
